Cary Park is located in the Northwest side of Cary near the Chatham County border. It is adjacent to several other intriguing neighborhoods, including Cameron Pond, The Reserve and Copperleaf. All of these areas offer easy access to RTP; are 15 minutes to the Airport, and 15 minutes to Southpoint Mall. The new Hwy 540 link to Hwy 55 allows quick access to Raleigh and the rest of the Triangle. 

Directions: These communities are located off Hwy 55 near Carpenter Firestation Road. Copperleaf can be more easily accessed by taking Hwy 55 Green Hope School then right on Green Level Church. 

Special features: Each of these neighborhoods has special features. 

Cary Park boasts a 28 acre lake with a 2 mile greenway around it. It has two swimming pools, a waterslide and clubhouse with year round events. Enjoy the tree lined streets, sidewalks and playground. Cary Park offers a variety of home options, including luxury condominiums and town homes, cottage homes and custom built executive homes.  Prices of the detached homes range from $300,000 up to well over $1million.  

Cameron Pond offers a 9 acre pond in the heart of the community. It has a junior Olympic size pool, clubhouse and playground. The community features many cul-de-sac streets ideal for little ones on bikes and skates. Prices range from $400,000-$800,000.

The Reserve features established landscaping, sidewalks and bike paths and is adjacent to the Sears Farm Park. It has a clubhouse, pool and greenway to spread out and enjoy. The average lot size in The Reserve is .4 acres, offering privacy and nicely wooded views. Prices in The Reserve range from $400,000 to $700,000.

Copperleaf is the newest of these neighborhoods and is still being built out. The neighborhood features elegant custom estate homes nestled on large wooded lots between 0.5 and 0.75 acres.   Lots are still available to buyers that would like to pick their location in the neighborhood and design a home with one of the builders. The community has an inviting pool and club house area and has easy access to woods and greenways. Prices start at $700,000 up to about $1.5million.

Amberly is a large planned development that has something for everyone.  It is made up of several neighborhoods with a variety of home types and prices.  The area features town homes, smaller family style homes as well as large custom homes.   Amberly features a village center that is currently being built, and will include retail shops and offices. The resident's club is world class, with two pools, slides and extensive indoor work out facilities.  It is manage by the UNC Wellness center.  The Carolina Preserve, a Del Webb Active Adult community is also one of the neighborhoods within Amberly. 

The New Cary Park Market Center is located in the heart of these neighborhoods and offers all essential services including a new Harris Teeter, CVS, two banks, hair salon, restaurant and more. 

The schools in this area are outstanding and continually rank among the top in Wake County. Students in this are attend Highcroft or Mills Park Elementary, Salem Middle School and Panther Creek High School.
